I believe deeply that the connections and stories we leave behind are the most important gifts we can give to our families Legacy writing is a wonderful tool to help us save and package these stories and experiences. Legacy writing helps us tap into pure life experiences and glean the nuggets of wisdom from these experiences Legacy writing offers a way to share our deepest selves-our struggles, our joys, and our history. We can also connect the generations through legacy writing by sharing the stories of our ancestors with future generations.

I am an educator and group facilitator. In 2018 I completed my training as a Certified Sage-ing Leader.

I look forward to helping others preserve and share their own legacy.
