Decades ago, my mother admonished me to, “Write these things down, you’re going to want to know this someday”.
“Mom, I’ll remember, you’ve told us this a hundred times.”
Well, the days and the years have passed, my mother and my siblings are all now gone, and I don’t remember much of what she shared.
I know how important it is to share your stories. Don’t let the stories of your life pass away with you. Record them now, no matter how old you are, so that the important stories of your life and the lessons that you learned live on long after you.
I offer workshops on legacy letter writing and work one on one with people. I also offer legacy work through my volunteer hospice work and as an end-of-life doula.
